This piece was written for ensemble Intégrales and premiered by them in May 1999 at the Bodenseefestival in Ravensburg/Germany. The parts of this piece are consisting of single pages that can be put in various orders. Therefore different versions of the piece can be worked out. "Gartenmusik has been performed by ensemble Intégrales at several other occasions. They developed two different versions of the piece.
